Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or production company.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social-first campaign work.
- Proficiency in hands-on design and providing pixel-perfect feedback.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and ability to direct motion design work.
- Conceptual thinking ability to solve complex marketing challenges.
- Ability to tell engaging stories using UI features and visuals.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and AI tools.
- Willingness to travel for photo and video shoots (less than 10%).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a writing partner to develop insight-driven creative concepts and execute visual designs.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships while acting as a brand expert.
- Lead the development and presentation of pitch materials for complex campaigns.
- Partner with Design, Motion, and Production teams to refine processes and drive creative quality.
- Provide hands-on design support and pixel-perfect feedback to team members.
- Translate complex product features and UI into engaging stories for target audiences.
- Travel to support photo and video shoots (less than 10% annually).
