Responsibilities
- Partner with Clinical Leads to provide day-to-day operational support for care teams and drive program and clinician metrics.
- Own the operations, documentation, and continuous evaluation of day-to-day practice workflows to reduce administrative burden.
- Lead operational change management for clinical teams, including rolling out new tools, strategies, and team structures.
- Drive accountability for operational, program, and individual clinician performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary operational partner for clinical leaders to manage resource allocation and resolve operational hurdles.
- Collaborate with Outcomes Operations Leads to implement solutions for specific clinical workflow or coaching needs.
