Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of appointment setting, lead generation, sales development, or customer outreach experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media content optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Google Calendar, Calendly, or Microsoft Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience editing podcasts or business-related content is highly preferred.
- Experience with Facebook outreach, LinkedIn networking, or podcast guest booking is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, podcasts, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and promotional clips with captions, motion graphics, transitions, and sound design.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets for various social media platforms.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics to improve production quality.
- Conduct outbound outreach through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email to generate leads or podcast guests.
- Schedule appointments, podcast interviews, or discovery calls using company calendars.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach metrics for performance reporting.
