Requirements
- 10+ years in alliances, business development, or technology partnerships within B2B SaaS.
- Track record of driving revenue through strategic ISV or platform partners.
- Direct experience working with Workday and/or NetSuite in an alliances, sales, or technology partner capacity.
- Experience with co-sell motions and certified integrations.
- Existing relationships within Workday and/or NetSuite alliances and field organizations.
- Proven ability to build from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
- Demonstrated success owning pipeline, revenue, and adoption goals.
- Strong executive presence and influencing skills with VP+ stakeholders.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps).
- Data-driven with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel 25%+ for meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall strategy and roadmap for current Workday and NetSuite technology partnerships.
- Define partner tiers, focus areas, and success metrics for each platform.
- Build multi-year joint business plans aligning product, sales, and marketing.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and execute certified integrations.
- Design and execute joint GTM motions including co-sell plays and campaigns.
- Drive pipeline through account mapping and structured co-selling.
- Collaborate with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and content.
- Lead regular business reviews to align on pipeline and mutual success metrics.
