Requirements

  • 10+ years in alliances, business development, or technology partnerships within B2B SaaS.
  • Track record of driving revenue through strategic ISV or platform partners.
  • Direct experience working with Workday and/or NetSuite in an alliances, sales, or technology partner capacity.
  • Experience with co-sell motions and certified integrations.
  • Existing relationships within Workday and/or NetSuite alliances and field organizations.
  • Proven ability to build from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated success owning pipeline, revenue, and adoption goals.
  • Strong executive presence and influencing skills with VP+ stakeholders.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills (Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps).
  • Data-driven with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel 25%+ for meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall strategy and roadmap for current Workday and NetSuite technology partnerships.
  • Define partner tiers, focus areas, and success metrics for each platform.
  • Build multi-year joint business plans aligning product, sales, and marketing.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and execute certified integrations.
  • Design and execute joint GTM motions including co-sell plays and campaigns.
  • Drive pipeline through account mapping and structured co-selling.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and content.
  • Lead regular business reviews to align on pipeline and mutual success metrics.
