Requirements
- Completed US-based residency program (Internal Medicine or Family Practice preferred).
- Board certification as an MD or DO.
- Current unrestricted state license to practice medicine.
- 5+ years of clinical practice beyond residency/fellowship.
- 5+ years of experience in managed care or clinical strategy at a health plan, healthtech, or related payer-facing organization.
- Experience serving as a lead thinker or consulting partner designing innovative clinical programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with key clients.
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with high-level stakeholders.
- Strong collaborative skills for working in cross-functional team environments.
- Strong team management and interpersonal leadership capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the vision and evolution of the company’s clinical and digital care management offerings as the clinical subject matter expert.
- Utilize market data, consumer research, and patient analytics to spearhead new approaches to effective clinical delivery services.
- Provide physician leadership in the creation of comprehensive research packages for new clinical offerings and strategic partners.
- Partner with Growth and Client Experience teams to uncover client pain points, provide strategic solutions, and support upsell opportunities.
- Monitor performance of launched clinical programs and support continuous improvement.
- Support the Growth team by traveling as a clinical expert for prospective client meetings and sales opportunities.
- Provide strategic guidance on utilization management and medical policy programs.
