Requirements
- 7+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Deep system design and distributed systems expertise.
- Track record of technical leadership, mentoring, and setting engineering standards.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, C#, or Python.
- Working knowledge of .NET.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Strong debugging, testing, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex, high-scale services and integrations, from concept to production.
- Drive technical direction and make the key architectural decisions that shape the team's roadmap.
- Mentor and guide engineers, and raise the bar through thoughtful design and code reviews.
- Own ambiguous, high-impact problems end-to-end — breaking them down and driving them to delivery.
- Champion reliability, observability, automation, and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and other engineering teams.
- Stay hands-on: write high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code.
