Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in growth strategy, client development, wealth management, tax advisory, family office, accounting, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading client expansion, cross-sell, referral, integrated advisory, or tax-to-wealth growth programs.
  • Strong expertise in developing growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and revenue expansion frameworks.
  • Proven ability to build scalable processes, operating models, and performance management systems.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to influence teams across multiple functions.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with experience managing pipelines, forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex environments while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive tax-to-wealth expansion strategy, including goals for penetration, conversion, revenue growth, and assets under management.
  • Build scalable playbooks, processes, and operating models that enable consistent expansion across tax practices and markets.
  • Partner with leadership teams to activate newly integrated tax practices and accelerate adoption of advisory and wealth management solutions.
  • Create onboarding and engagement strategies that connect tax professionals with internal resources, tools, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop opportunity identification frameworks to uncover high-potential client relationships, planning needs, and advisory opportunities.
  • Establish pipeline management, reporting, forecasting, and conversion processes in partnership with client development teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to design targeted campaigns, educational programs, and nurture strategies that increase client engagement.
  • Create enablement resources, training programs, and communication tools that help tax professionals identify and introduce wealth management opportunities.
  • Own program governance, performance measurement, executive reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor revenue performance, conversion metrics, pipeline health, and adoption of expansion strategies.
