Job Details

7+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related roles.
Strong hands-on expertise with Apache Druid.
Strong experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures.
Deep understanding of large-scale analytical data modeling and distributed data systems.
Proven experience designing real-time or near real-time reporting platforms.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and MySQL.
Proven track record of processing and analyzing billions of events.
Ability to independently audit legacy architectures, identify bottlenecks, and propose target-state solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills and clear communication abilities.
Fluent English (written and spoken, B2+/C1 level).

Evaluate the current multi-store reporting ecosystem and architect a scalable, high-performance reporting solution capable of processing billions of events.
Define advanced analytical data modeling strategies and design efficient patterns for event enrichment using metadata from diverse sources.
Implement high-efficiency approaches for calculating unique counts and complex analytical aggregations.
Provide technical direction and architectural patterns for real-time and near real-time data processing pipelines.
Work alongside engineering teams to implement proposed designs, support data migration activities, and ensure reporting consistency throughout the transition.
Drive best practices in data quality, observability, and performance optimization while mentoring and guiding junior/mid-level engineers.
