- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn in-house software and tools
Responsibilities
- Review incoming member messages to determine urgency and best course of action.
- Manage a small group of members as their primary planner throughout the planning process.
- Synthesize member needs and partner with Trading and Investment Operations to coordinate solutions and tax strategies.
- Operate an AI-enabled tech stack to build comprehensive financial plans.
- Guide Foundations members through plan implementation using messaging and in-house tools.
- Manage calendar and time effectively to ensure a high-quality member experience.
