Requirements
- 7+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
- 2+ years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
- Advanced proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#).
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Expert-level use of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Demonstrated expertise in deploying and scaling applications across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack).
- Strong background in data engineering, analytics, or data science including SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Deep expertise in graph data modeling and query languages (Cypher).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Engage with technical leaders and stakeholders to shape and implement Graph+GenAI solutions as a trusted advisor.
- Design and advocate for robust, scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI applications integrating graph databases with LLMs.
- Lead project discovery, assess data ecosystems, and identify opportunities for graph-based AI at scale.
- Share expertise internally and with customers through workshops, training, and documentation.
- Continuously evaluate performance and scalability of AI applications while incorporating new technologies.
- Influence product roadmaps and contribute to thought leadership and methodology assets.
