Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing concurrent, large, and complex technology projects.
- Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Proven ability to manage project revenue, budget, and margins.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with demanding clients in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal direction.
- Proficiency in project documentation and professional reporting.
- Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification preferred.
- Experience in running Dynamics 365 programs preferred.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple large and medium-sized projects from initiation to delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients for all project-related activities.
- Create and execute formal project plans including timelines, communication, training, and risk management.
- Monitor project revenue, budget, margin, and cost reporting.
- Maintain internal systems, documentation, and project collaboration tools.
- Perform weekly project resource booking and financial updates for billing and revenue recognition.
- Train and mentor team members on department processes and project implementation methodology.
