Extensive experience in project management within IT, telecommunications, or a relevant sector.
In-depth knowledge and skills in project management methodologies.
Experience working with senior management and external customers.
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry, specifically internet service providers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to pass a DBS security check (or higher level clearance for specific projects).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to deliver projects to strict timescales.
Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, SCRUM) is preferred.
Understanding of data network technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, VPN, Cisco) and managed services is desirable.
IOSH Managing Safely certification is a plus.

Own implementation projects from design and commercial governance approvals through to service transition.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across sectors including military, public sector, and specialist accommodation.
Coordinate with client relationship managers to provide project status visibility and identify delivery risks.
Arrange internal and external resources to implement solutions according to project schedules and design requirements.
Procure necessary hardware and materials in accordance with the project plan.
Identify, log, and review project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure project delivery complies with Health & Safety legislation, policies, and contractual obligations.
Conduct lessons learned reviews and participate in forums to drive best practice standardization.
