Requirements
- 6+ years in project management or management consulting.
- Fluent in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proven record of building working relationships.
- Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage large amounts of work across parallel work-streams.
- Strategic thinking capability.
- Collaborative and hands-on approach.
- MBA highly valued.
- Curiosity and willingness to push boundaries and try new concepts.
Responsibilities
- Manage Fever’s biggest partners and their events/projects across verticals like museums, music festivals, and immersive experiences.
- Coordinate with BD, Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build strategic partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their goals.
- Drive partner performance by establishing and tracking KPIs and providing data-driven insights.
- Translate partner feedback into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational improvements.
- Mentor and lead Project Managers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
