Requirements
- Proven experience forming and managing high-level, multi-stakeholder partnerships in the technology or media industry.
- Existing network and strong connections within AI, social, media, and EdTech platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-directed in a lead role.
- Strong product and technical fluency to align with P&T product roadmaps and data formats.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to uncover and independently analyze insights from partners and market conditions.
- Experience in program/project management, workflow management, and CRM usage.
- Ability to collaborate in a complex, consensus-driven, cross-cultural environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new partnerships with existing and new technology platform partners.
- Define and execute on a portfolio of non-commercial value exchange partnerships.
- Assist in designing and securing pilots with high-priority Wikimedia content reusers to drive attribution visibility.
- Coordinate across departments to build and maintain an up-to-date partner and opportunity pipeline.
- Manage partnership processes and artifacts, including drafting LOI/MOUs, CRM management, and pitch decks.
- Represent the foundation at relevant conferences, events, and gatherings.
