Requirements
- Previous experience in an analytical, operations, finance, or administrative role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and CPQ tools is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate deal requests to ensure alignment with pricing strategies, profitability targets, and business objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Billing teams to structure complex deals, including pricing, discounting, and contractual considerations.
- Analyze merchant statements and deal economics across software, hardware, and payments to assess profitability and overall business value.
- Support the development and refinement of pricing and profitability models to optimize revenue generation and customer outcomes.
- Provide guidance to Sales teams on deal structure and pricing decisions, leveraging historical trends, data insights, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deal approvals, pricing decisions, and contract terms to support reporting and compliance standards.
- Manage sales compensation updates and deal-related processes within Salesforce.
