Requirements
- Proven track record of driving revenue in hospitality organizations or airlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize large volumes of data.
- Experience utilizing revenue management and property management systems.
- Proficiency in translating performance data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement revenue-maximizing strategies.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work overnight hours, Tuesday through Saturday.
- Critical thinking capabilities for evaluating business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute yield strategies to maximize profitability and grow RevPAR index.
- Forecast competitive set Year-Over-Year RevPAR Change for the next 90-120 days.
- Monitor market performance and pivot strategies to achieve positive RevPAR index changes.
- Produce weekly strategy notes detailing portfolio pickup, strategy impact, and risk assessments.
- Conduct forecasting processes with a goal of keeping financial forecasts within +/- 3% of actuals.
- Optimize length-of-stay, market segment, and source mix to drive net revenue and operating profit.
