Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, banking operations support, process improvement support, or project coordination.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce clean, professional written documentation.
- Comfort working in regulated, high-stakes environments.
- Proficiency in tracking work using tools like Notion or similar project management software.
- Must be available to work standard Pacific Time business hours (8 AM – 5 PM PT).
Responsibilities
- Maintain project hygiene for assigned workstreams including action logs, milestones, RAID logs, and meeting notes.
- Document current-state banking operations processes end-to-end through stakeholder interviews and artifact collection.
- Support process improvement by mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and drafting future-state steps.
- Assist with implementation readiness activities such as UAT coordination, operational checklists, and cutover planning.
- Create and update SOPs, runbooks, job aids, and playbooks for Banking Operations teams.
- Track decisions, open questions, and issue resolution across cross-functional partners.
