Requirements
- Proven ability to assess environments and deliver measurable results within a 4-5 month timeframe.
- Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools such as Claude, Codex, or Copilot within software development workflows.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, prompt engineering, and AI capabilities and limitations.
- Experience creating AI usage policies covering data privacy, confidentiality, and IP protection.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise AI risks, including data security, hallucinations, and model bias.
- Experience designing and delivering AI enablement training for diverse audiences.
- Proven success leading change and driving the adoption of new tools across distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders without direct authority.
- Willingness and ability to travel to offices in Bucharest, Sofia, and Malta for face-to-face work.
Responsibilities
- Champion safe, practical AI adoption across the company, acting as the internal voice for AI strategy.
- Partner with teams and individuals to move from curiosity to confident, everyday AI usage.
- Identify and develop an internal network of AI champions to drive team-wide proficiency.
- Draft and own company-wide AI usage guidelines, balancing innovation with data protection and IP concerns.
- Collaborate with teams on the build of internal AI tools by defining use cases, requirements, and testing.
- Design and deliver internal training sessions tailored for various skill levels, from beginners to power users.
