Requirements

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio of writing samples.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software and platforms quickly.
- Comfort leveraging AI to complete tasks and projects.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities and assist leadership with sales materials and partnership communications.
- Support new business campaigns and agency marketing initiatives through proposals, graphics, and collateral.
- Serve as primary contact for agency partnerships, handling communications, events, and collateral.
- Design marketing assets including social media graphics, case studies, and presentation decks.
- Write persuasive copy for websites, landing pages, case studies, and email marketing.
- Manage content and communications calendars, coordinating contributions from team members.
- Oversee agency social media presence across channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
