Requirements
- 5+ years in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools and enterprise AI enablement preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process design and governance.
- Ability to synthesize complex concepts and develop actionable plans.
- Ability to clearly develop and articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Experience with large-scale organizational technology efforts.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage and execute activities with flexibility.
- Sanitized examples of deliverables will be required.
Responsibilities
- Execute innovation and AI strategy projects for clients.
- Design and deliver workshops for strategy assessment and roadmap development.
- Develop governance models and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate objectives into execution plans.
- Prepare client deliverables including strategy decks and operational playbooks.
- Support account planning and pre-sales efforts.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and best practices.
