Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong background in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, PwC, Deloitte) or equivalent experience in product, strategy, or operations at AI-forward companies.
- AI-native mindset with daily experience using AI tools and thinking from first principles.
- Demonstrated ability in discovery and diagnostic work, including asking insightful questions to identify core business issues.
- Experience interacting with and presenting to C-suite executive stakeholders.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex, messy information into clear, actionable plans.
- Capability to work effectively with technical partners to shape solutions and translate business needs into technical scopes.
- Self-directed work style with an ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-growing startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Partner with client executives and operators to map the current state of the business, identifying friction points and areas for improvement.
- Identify and prioritize high-leverage AI opportunities and frame the ROI to drive stakeholder decisions.
- Translate qualitative input into clear narratives, strategic plans, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to shape solutions, scope builds, and inform architecture choices based on business outcomes.
- Present recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and maintain alignment between business and technical teams throughout engagements.
- Own the transition and handoff of projects to the implementation team to ensure consistency.
