Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation, healthcare strategy, or growth leadership.
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, health authorities, academic institutions, or healthcare technology companies.
- Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Curious and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Strategic and relationship-oriented approach to building business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for healthcare-focused solutions.
- Identify high-potential market segments and develop growth plans balancing near-term and long-term initiatives.
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and innovation forums.
- Engage healthcare leaders to understand emerging challenges and priorities.
- Lead discovery conversations, facilitate workshops, and shape pilot opportunities.
- Develop proposals, partnership agreements, and funding opportunities.
- Contribute to business case development and commercialization strategies.
