Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in e-commerce or agency environments.
- Strong proficiency in Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Solid understanding of keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Awareness of AI search trends including SGE, AI Overviews, and LLM citation.
- Experience with multi-region and multi-language site architecture (hreflang, ccTLDs).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Ability to work independently as a remote worker with a stable internet connection.
- Bonus: Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON-LD, regex, and CMS experience (WordPress, Shopify).
Responsibilities
- Manage and ship technical SEO tickets, including schema markup, structured data, and rich result implementation.
- Handle international SEO tasks such as hreflang debugging and ccTLD/subdomain consistency.
- Perform indexation hygiene, including sitemap, canonical, robots.txt, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
- Implement on-page SEO, update existing content, and execute keyword research for 30+ regional sites.
- Optimize structured data and on-page elements to improve AI search visibility and LLM citation.
- Execute link building outreach and perform daily monitoring of Google Search Console for ranking or indexation issues.
