Requirements
- 3+ years of SEO experience with a proven track record of organic growth on multilingual/multiregional projects
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Strong technical SEO skills: audits, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, mobile-first optimization
- Solid content SEO expertise: keyword research, clustering, semantic SEO, on-page optimization
- Experience with backlink strategy, including link profile analysis and outreach coordination
- Budgeting skills for planning and tracking SEO expenses
- Proficiency with SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or custom solutions
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of the financial/trading industry including Forex, CFDs, commodities, and crypto
- Intermediate English level
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to grow organic traffic, visibility, and qualified leads in the LATAM region
- Conduct regular technical, on-page, and off-page audits, and ensure timely implementation of improvements
- Perform keyword research and clustering, optimizing content and landing pages for high-value queries related to Forex, CFDs, commodities, and crypto
- Monitor and improve technical SEO including site speed, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
- Manage the backlink profile, including link-building initiatives and mitigating toxic link risks
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using GSC, GA, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed SEO best practices into every project
- Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority, and stay current on SEO trends and algorithm updates across multilingual platforms
