Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building user-facing features from design to completion.
- Full-stack web development experience with a balance of modern web technologies and backend service code.
- Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to code with a focus on resiliency and fault tolerance.
- Operational experience supporting live operations for web applications.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience with written/verbal communication and project leadership.
- Evolve mindset: view challenges as learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for notifications and emails ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, performant frontend features.
- Contribute to the full development cycle including technical design, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Write design documentation and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Contribute to the underlying infrastructure supporting notification systems.
