Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of marketing and/or business experience within a commercial organization.
- Experience managing healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, patient support, or customer-focused programs preferred.
- Experience with copay programs, patient affordability initiatives, or reimbursement services.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process management capabilities.
- Experience managing external vendors and building effective stakeholder relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Experience using project management methodologies and tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and develop creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives for retail copay programs.
- Establish and maintain program standards, business rules, documentation, and operational processes.
- Partner with external vendors to oversee program administration, performance tracking, and service delivery.
- Manage relationships with technical teams for website updates, digital forms, and data management.
- Develop patient and healthcare provider resources, communications, and training materials.
- Collaborate with call center teams to ensure coordination between support channels and copay programs.
- Support retail channel strategies through expertise in patient affordability programs.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, and analytics to ensure governance and execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve strategies through process enhancements and portfolio optimization.
- Track program performance and provide insights to support ongoing improvements.
