- 8-12 years of Microsoft infrastructure experience.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Group Policy.
- Strong enterprise patch management experience for workstations and servers.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender administration.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft GCC/GCC High environments.
- Preferred: Experience with Windows Autopilot and MECM/SCCM.
- Preferred: Experience with Azure administration and CMMC/NIST compliance.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications (Endpoint, Identity, Azure, or 365 Administrator).
Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Group Policy.
- Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and tenant configurations.
- Own and administer Microsoft Intune and enterprise Windows patch management for servers and workstations.
- Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) including Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM.
- Administer Microsoft Defender technologies and improve security scores.
- Support CMMC, NIST, and Microsoft GCC/GCC High environments.
- Develop PowerShell automation to standardize administration and efficiency.
- Provide Tier 3 Microsoft platform support.
