Requirements
- 4+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Creator Partnerships role.
- Experience managing a portfolio of high-value customers with quantifiable impact.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Data fluency: ability to use email performance metrics, user behavior trends, and retention KPIs.
- Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Notion, Slack, and Claude.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scaling SaaS environment.
- Strong consultative communication skills for white-glove service.
- Ability to design workflows and improve internal processes.
- Experience working with creators, digital entrepreneurs, or B2C SMBs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 50-75 high-value creator accounts with proactive, strategic guidance.
- Deliver personalized experiences that positively impact retention and expansion.
- Identify growth opportunities, build account plans, and turn customer goals into actionable strategy.
- Drive feature adoption and increase customer engagement through deep product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support to improve the creator experience and surface internal insights.
- Develop and execute success initiatives, tests, and playbooks to support scalable growth.
