Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Creator Partnerships.
- Experience managing a portfolio of high-value customers with quantifiable impact.
- Experience working with creators, digital entrepreneurs, or B2C SMBs.
- Proficiency in customer success fundamentals, including relationship management and renewal strategy.
- Data fluency, including email performance metrics, user behavior trends, and retention KPIs.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and product usage analytics.
- Strong consultative communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and marketing teams.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced startup or rapidly scaling SaaS environment.
- Strong prioritization skills based on risk, strategic value, and renewal timeframe.
- Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Notion, Slack, and Claude.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 50-75 high-value (~$1m ARR) creator accounts to drive retention and expansion.
- Deliver proactive, strategic guidance and execute initiatives that improve creator business outcomes.
- Drive feature adoption and increase engagement by building fluency in market trends and the product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Support to surface insights and improve the creator experience.
- Develop account plans and success strategies that support scalable growth across your portfolio.
- Contribute to evolving the customer success framework as the team scales.
