- Experienced user of CRM systems.

- Motivation for seeking customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Must be located in Spain.
Responsibilities
- Prepare data for the Pre-Sales Team, manage scoring models and data providers to guarantee the best quality of contacts.
- Perform data quality and cleaning processes to ensure database accuracy.
- Assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools.
- Conduct company qualification and eligibility checks using internal tools.
- Monitor industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Execute data mapping, construction, and extraction tasks.
- Collaborate with sales programs to plan sourcing areas based on market seasonality.
- Identify and correct data quality issues.
- Deliver a set of contacts based on agreed quarterly targets.
- Perform ongoing maintenance of the data.
