  • C2/advanced level of French and Spanish with an excellent English level (spoken & written) is required
  • Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or similar fields is desirable

  • Previous sales experience in managing own sales funnels and being in close contact with clients
  • Previous experience with analytical instrumentation sales (CMR) and Microsoft Office are desirable
  • Able to multitask and stay detail oriented
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools
  • Motivation & personality seeking customer satisfaction in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales
  • Experience in a call centre environment performing outbound calls
  • Experience working in a lab environment or in service sales
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding clients inquiries and detect and establish new business possibilities in selected market area
  • Assure client satisfaction by excellent customer care in every contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Proactively detect possibilities of cross-selling and up-selling and establish new business possibilities
  • Retain and grow the existing base of customers
  • Interpret customer needs and proactively act to understand those needs
