Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries from potential buyers and sellers on the Flippa platform.
- Review existing data and documentation to answer customer questions independently.
- Engage with sellers to gather additional information as needed.
- Perform CRM data entry and cleanup.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through the AI-assisted system.
- Pre-qualify leads and book calls.
- Flag inquiries with commercial or financial discrepancies for client review.
