Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled at a Portuguese university.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week alongside studies.
- Strong structured thinking and reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn/utilize it.
- Reliable with high attention to detail.
- Experience with support or ticketing tools is a bonus.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, data, automation, or coding is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming partner requests by investigating, updating, and resolving issues within service targets.
- Use and help improve internal tools to increase problem-solving efficiency.
- Perform data investigations to identify irregularities or underlying issues.
- Scale into deeper problem solving and automation tasks as confidence builds.
