Job Details

Experience managing technical teams in software/technology sales, pre-sales, consulting, or a related environment.
Direct experience working with the India market.
Strong background in solution architecture or comparable practical experience.
Proven success developing, mentoring, and scaling Solutions Architecture practices or similar customer-facing technical organizations.
Strong technical presentation and communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to balance technical excellence with commercial outcomes.
Track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and building partnerships.
Experience building inclusive teams and operating practices in a distributed or remote environment.
Ability and willingness to travel as required by business needs.

Manage a team of intermediate and senior Solutions Architects across India, setting clear direction and enabling high-quality execution.
Act as a player-coach by partnering on strategic opportunities, building executive relationships, and coaching the team through complex sales cycles.
Guide regional strategy for technical evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, and Product Management to align on priorities and execute regional goals.
Maintain operational discipline across workload planning, resource allocation, headcount planning, and opportunity forecasting.
Define and track key performance indicators, communicating progress and priorities to stakeholders.
Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Solutions Architects while fostering an innovative, scalable regional organization.
