Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- 2-3 years of operational knowledge in E-commerce or warehousing.
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Solid organizational skills to provide team direction.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Ability to manage remote teams and conduct performance reviews.
Responsibilities
- Motivate the team to meet organizational goals, daily targets, and performance metrics while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Manage team attendance, workload distribution, and coverage planning to ensure consistent service quality.
- Strengthen team capability through clear goal setting, skill development support, and regular 1:1 coaching.
- Oversee operational verticals including Outbound, Inbound, B2B/VAS, and Fulfillment Center support.
- Develop data-driven action plans to address volume trends, workload, and automation opportunities.
- Manage operational SLAs, merchant escalations, and cross-functional partnerships for issue resolution.
- Own and manage the backlog for all verticals and maintain accuracy of Power BI reports.
- Produce daily performance reports and deliver data-backed updates to senior leadership.
