Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership experience.
- 2-3 years of operational knowledge in E-commerce or warehousing.
- Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or a related field (preferred).
- Fluent in the English language.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
- Solid organizational skills to provide team direction.
Responsibilities
- Motivate the team to meet organizational goals, daily targets, and performance metrics while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Manage team attendance, workload distribution, and coverage planning to ensure consistent service quality.
- Oversee remote analysts and support staff across multiple operational verticals including Outbound, Inbound, B2B/VAS, and Fulfillment Center support.
- Develop data-driven action plans to align with workload trends and automation opportunities.
- Maintain accurate team records and conduct bi-weekly 1:1s to provide feedback and encourage professional growth.
- Prepare and deliver operational updates and performance reports to senior leadership and network stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to manage SLAs and merchant escalations.
- Manage and maintain backlogs for all verticals and ensure Power BI report accuracy.
