Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, program management, consulting, growth, or cross-functional leadership roles.

- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify patterns, connect business insights, and think strategically.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complexity.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
- Connect the dots across functions, teams, and initiatives to improve alignment and execution.
- Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities across the business.
- Follow up consistently to ensure strategic and operational priorities move forward effectively.
- Drive accountability and ownership across teams without relying on hierarchy.
- Coordinate and collaborate with teams across India and the US to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Support high-impact business initiatives across operations, product, customer experience, growth, and strategy.
- Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and evolving business needs.
- Work independently while managing multiple moving priorities simultaneously.
- Roll up your sleeves when needed to help teams move faster and achieve outcomes.
