Requirements
- Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level for both speaking and writing).
- Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, Linear, Slack, and TikTok.
- Ability to pick up new tools quickly.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- Experience building and maintaining tracking systems and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to independently manage routine negotiations and approvals.
- Availability to handle time-sensitive creator communications.
- Proven ability to deliver tasks reliably and on schedule.
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer with at least 8Gb of RAM.
- Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects and provide day-to-day operational support across campaigns.
- Handle creator outreach, coordinate back-and-forth logistics, and negotiate rates and deliverables at scale.
- Manage creator pipeline — outreach, negotiation, contract, content, and payment — and follow up proactively.
- Review and approve creator content drafts against brand and campaign guidelines.
- Send and track creator agreements and process payments on schedule.
- Maintain reporting on creator status, output, spend, and performance for stakeholders.
- Flag disputes or at-risk relationships to the internal team with clear context.
- Follow internal procedures and SOPs.
