Requirements

- Extensive experience across e-commerce, demand generation, CRM, and applied AI architecture.
- Working practitioner-level command of AI platforms and techniques.
- Proficiency in multi-agent architecture, knowledge-base design, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of originating methodologies and standards where none exist.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate technical discipline evolution.
- Strong experience operating as an individual contributor using stakeholder persuasion.
- Ability to translate technical strategy into partnership and product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Set NIQ's AI and data strategy for AI Commerce partnerships and products.
- Develop architecture for AI-driven systems, including multi-agent system design and knowledge-base structures.
- Originate methodologies and standards for AI Commerce and transfer them to teams.
- Establish AI-tooling governance as a formal discipline.
- Translate complex AI and data mechanics into actionable terms for executive and partner stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal product and partnership leadership to align architecture standards.
