Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture-backed startups, or product strategy.
- Demonstrated track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context.
- Fluency with the AI tooling landscape including foundation models, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Proven ability to lead client relationships at the senior level, managing ambiguity without a safety net.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in 0-to-1 product building and shipping functional results.
- Ability to manage self-accountability and work without direct supervision.
- Deep curiosity and firsthand experience experimenting with and building AI tools.
- Must be able to provide proof of something built with AI (product, workflow, or tool) during application.
Responsibilities
- Run AI transformation projects from discovery through delivery, serving as the primary client relationship owner.
- Develop transformation roadmaps grounded in client constraints and oversee implementation.
- Identify high-value AI use cases and shepherd them from concept to working prototype.
- Translate complex AI concepts and technical tradeoffs into communication for executive boards and stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development, client scoping, and deepening existing account relationships.
- Apply AI tools across workflows as a working standard.
