Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
- Background in consulting, pre-sales, or account development within technology or digital services.
- Hands-on experience with solution architecture, software architecture, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Generative AI technologies, including RAG, agents, and evaluation suites.
- Working proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Strong understanding of AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to engage effectively with executive (VP/C-level) stakeholders.
- Experience leading pre-sales, discovery, and solution design discussions.
- Demonstrated track record of shaping and landing deals with sales teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct effective workshops to align stakeholders on solution trade-offs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop and grow client partnerships through AI innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert on AI, software, cloud, and data technologies to identify client challenges.
- Lead discovery and pre-sales engagements, including crafting proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and reference architectures to showcase Nearform capabilities.
- Translate client objectives into actionable solution roadmaps in collaboration with technical experts.
- Support early-stage project delivery to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to execution.
- Create case studies and success stories highlighting the business value of AI solutions.
- Contribute to practice growth by refining methodologies and sharing best practices.
