Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Engineering.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise software, cloud, or AI solutions for customers.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and highly available enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud-native technologies, and modern application architectures.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and customer success.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, workflows, and AI transformation goals.
- Conduct discovery workshops, technical assessments, and solution design sessions to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Design end-to-end AI solution architectures, including infrastructure, data flows, APIs, security, and deployment strategies.
- Lead technical solution delivery from proof of concept through production deployment.
- Work alongside customers during implementation, ensuring successful integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns, reference implementations, and best practices for enterprise AI deployments.
