Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or blended environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted recruiting, sourcing automation, and CRM technology.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, or other enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence across levels.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully virtual environment.
- Experience with recruiting analytics, pipeline reporting, and workforce planning insights preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Serve as a talent advisor providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment.
- Proactively source and engage talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation in recruiting systems.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to improve processes and initiatives.
