Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical, customer-facing, or IT/management consulting role.
- Proficiency in business data analysis and business process improvement.
- Experience with SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, and dashboard building.
- Knowledge of Python programming.
- Proven project management experience, including scope and timeline management.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain.
- Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Sovereign appearance and excellent presentation skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases.
- Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and present findings to C-level executives.
- Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities.
- Derive and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps for customers to drive platform adoption.
- Provide product feedback to development teams based on new use cases.
