Requirements
- High school education required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Spine and/or orthopedics.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Specific knowledge of orthopedic medical devices and general OR protocols.
- Spine experience highly preferable.
- Strong business and functional acumen.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently set and meet aggressive goals and objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Willingness to comply with commercial policies and attend annual training/certifications.
Responsibilities
- Grow business in targeted area of responsibility.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with sales management to establish territory selling strategy/tactics.
- Respond to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy.
- Develop relationships with surgeons and other appropriate contacts within target accounts.
- Manage and monitor the sales order process.
- Maintain account records and report activities as required.
- Coordinate product shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Utilize analytics and technology to drive business decisions.
