Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- Thrives in a combination of remote and in-office sales environments.
- Experience with high-volume outbound dialing.
- Comfortable with a performance-based commission structure.
- Experience in 1-call close and 24-hour sales cycles.
- Experience in intangible or luxury product sales (e.g., dating services, high-end retail, weight loss, travel, advertising).
- Money-motivated, with a desire to make over six figures.
- Professional, ambitious, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including one Saturday or Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- Conduct dynamic sales calls with prospective and past clients, making 80–100 calls per day.
- Evaluate, interview, and enroll or renew client memberships through a consultative sales process.
- Manage client dating experiences through matching and feedback.
- Collaborate with Client Advisors who provide concierge-level day-to-day service to clients.
