Requirements
- Experience in product design with at least 1 role at a SaaS company.
- Proven experience working on both mobile and web applications.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles applied to web and mobile.
- Emerging understanding of user research methods and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude or Paper.
- Proficiency with work management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ).
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Conduct and analyze user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Partner with product management on roadmap initiatives from discovery to delivery.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.
- Collaborate with design colleagues to advance patterns for desktop and mobile products.
- Present design solutions and rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to drive alignment and innovation.
