Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related finance role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, billing, and payment reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
- Support payroll processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
- Maintain accurate financial data within accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ensure compliance with client policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting inquiries.
- Assist with audit preparation, tax documentation, and other finance-related projects.
