Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop.
- Experience designing for D2C or consumer brands.
- Ability to ship a 10-slide carousel in under 6 hours.
- Portfolio showcasing real performance numbers and engagement metrics.
- Understanding of carousel engagement mechanics (what makes content get saved vs. scrolled).
- Ability to work remotely from India.
- Bonus: Experience with After Effects for motion carousels.
- Must be able to accept fast and direct feedback.
Responsibilities
- Ship 3–5 carousels a week for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Design high-performing ad creatives focused on CTR and conversions.
- Build scalable brand visual systems and templates.
- Work directly with founders and the content team in a fast-paced environment.
- Iterate designs based on engagement metrics such as saves and click-through rates.
