Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
- 4+ years leading product managers or product teams.
- Extensive experience with cybersecurity products (XDR, MDR, EDR, SIEM, or related security operations technologies).
- Proven ability to define and execute strategies for complex, platform-based products with multiple dependencies.
- Experience working with integrations-heavy platforms and third-party technology ecosystems.
- Familiarity with managed security services, security operations centers, and enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Experience building product processes, outcome-based roadmaps, and measurable success frameworks.
- Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own the XDR product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap including telemetry, detection, investigation, and AI-driven enhancements.
- Define XDR support models for managed security, customer-managed, and hybrid deployments.
- Establish XDR as a scalable platform through integrations and cross-technology alignment.
- Partner with engineering, security, and data teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver solutions.
- Drive detection quality, lifecycle management, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support launches, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
- Build and develop a high-performing product organization.
